Company owner and CEO Leonard Grimes has been in the collections business for more than 30 years. He’s a board member and past President of the Iowa Collectors Association and former President of the Associated Credit Bureaus of Iowa.
Brian Grimes has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience and was the Director of Sales and Marketing with CBSI for six years before being promoted to President in February 2020. He currently serves as the President of the Iowa Collectors Association, representing the Iowa Chapter with ACA International.
